Following a large windows 10 upgrade which caused problems to my computers day to day functioning and also to it's security I realised that the only outcome was to contact a computer engineer. I read the reviews in Coopers Computers and contacted Shane. He visited my home, but realised that the problem was not straight forward and required taking it back to his workplace . Later the same day he returned it in full working order. Shane was prepared to sit down with me and explain various changes that had been created by the upgrade. I have nothing but praise for Shane and thank him for his professionalism and patience. A first class service by a first class company. Thank you Shane.
