Coombes

We moved to Tonyrefail at the end of last summer (Porth girl originally) and so we decided to start using a Butcher just before lockdown...and my gosh I am glad we did! I don't usually review places so close to home...I take them for granted I guess! However, I just HAD to write this post. Yesterday my husband picked up a Sirloin Steak for me (not in a tray) and Oh. My. Days! It was PACKED full of flavour, a perfect size and had just the right amount of fat to enable the steak to soak up the flavour. I like fat though, so no wonder this was so nice! I am sure they would get a leaner cut for you if that is to your taste :) I also use an oxo cube when I cook my steak to just give it that little extra flavour, but I could have eaten this quite easily without it! They are super friendly and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!!!
