Customer service is everything and in a world where a simple Google search can take you to the next available appointment, then I am happy to say that my appointment with CoolCar was great. Arrived before the appointment time, introduced themselves and then set about and did a great job. I will defo be using them again when I need them and will recommend them to my friends. Rob & his wife have just serviced the air con on my Renault Wind. They were very thorough & explained everything they were doing & why. They are very clean & efficient. The air con now works like new. A great result from a very pleasant couple. What a result. I would highly recommend this team.
Rob cane highly recommended by one of his previous customers. Rob turned up exactly on time. Rob was very professional and friendly explaining everything he was doing throughout, an interesting procedure. Rob tested these system and checked the system completely having put a dye in again explaining what and why he was doing it.
