Honestly this is my last choice when I need something. Their opening hours are better than a lot of the alternatives and the staff are usually friendly enough. But their pricing is very high for almost everything, especially lumber, and almost every time I buy something here the price at the till is different from the price at the shelf.
Ud b better going to b&q
Great friend got Henry Hoover at great price
I'm 5ft nothing and after a staff member pointed me in the direction of the baths he watched me carry it downstairs through checkout, (checkout lady said we don't do that here when I asked if someone could help me out to the van) two other staff members watched as I hauled it out the door - yes there were actually 3 staff members to be seen, albeit doing nothing as usual. Thank you to the gentlemen shopper who stopped while exciting the car park to help me carry and load it. If possible I would advise any shopper to bypass Cookstown store and shop at Craigavon store instead where the staff are friendly and helpful!
