OMG! These freshly baked, huge, gooey cookies are a must have when in Deep Elm. The branding and packaging for their product is clever and attracts a young crowd. There are seven different types of cookies as well as milk and coffee. Check out their fun shirts; they are made of good quality and soft material. I only wonder how much better these cookies would be in an ice cream sandwich!

Very large cookies 5 each. Solid flavors. Friendly service. Everyone really enjoyed them (but there may be more affordable treats within walking distance)! No indoor seating. Difficult to find parking (which is metered). Will need to call at least one day in advance for orders greater than 10 cookies. Excellent quality cookies.
Pretty good. Tiny cookie shop. The cookies were chewy and crunchy at the same time which was nice. Not my all time favorite, but pretty good!
Stopped by today 7/12 on impulse. Cookies are huge! Most also looked overbake to me. I bought a snickerdoodle. Left the shop, tried it later. Uhmmm... who covers snickerdoodle cookies in salt? The grains on top, which I thought were sugar, were salt. The texture of the cookie itself was good, very chewy. The flavor was just all wrong. I'm hoping the salt was a mistake, not their recipe.
Would be great if your website said you were not open. The light was even on at the shop. I called and just goes to voicemail.
Delicious cookies, it’s that simple. The shop smells delicious. Cookies are expensive (5), but are excellent. Great dessert stop if you are eating in the area. Staff is very friendly.
This place 2 out of 10 times is actually open during business hours! Today I thought id give it another try and the doors were locked with a worker inside. He hid behind the counter and didn't come to the door, popping up to see if i had gone...Terrible customer service! The cookies are good if you can actually get in.
Best cookies in Dallas. Sad that they open and close at random. Well worth the wait.
