The guy came in good time and replaced the element for 65 which I was happy with. However the oven then reset itself and as it was an electrical problem he didn't know how to fix it. Said I would have to install a new temp sensor and it would be another 25. After he left I looked up online how to reset it and had it fixed and running in 2 mins. I appreciate I would have needed someone to fix the element but can imagine if I hadn't looked it up online I would have been waiting on a new sensor which I would have had to pay for and didn't need and expect even once replaced the same issue would not have been able to be resolved! So, good for physical oven faults and replacing hardware but unfortunately if you have a new style oven may not have enough experience for what you will need!
