Requested to survey a very old listed building. The survey was thorough and done in timely fashion. There was a detailed verbal report given prior to the written report which followed at the same time. This report was clear, concise and illustrated with photographs. All in all gave us great confidence to progress with what could have been a troublesome purchase.
