This place has some of the best views in the city. It usually stays pretty quiet so long as no one is giving out legal advices.

Great environment for reading and studying. Food and drinks not allowed but there is a water dispenser inside the library.

**I'm reviewing the library in terms of a study/work space** Great views of the city (on the 29th floor), quiet, free wifi, and longer operating hours. Facilities are older, and the building's interior and exterior design hark back to a different architectural period. Not as \cozy\ as the Pritzker. The views are pretty awesome though!
