Coodes Solicitors - Penzance

Lovely receptionist, firm is useless . Got a quote for a purchase of a property a week ago . Said I would pop in to sign the paper work to instruct them . When I turned up , it has been passed to another office and nothing was ready .

Used Coodes for what should have been a simple conveyancing transaction for the sale of a property. Unfortunately, they must be added to my 'do not use again' list. The initial service from the trainee - sorry, paralegal in 'solicitor speak'- was great. The service from the actual solicitor was pretty poor in my opinion. Is there a reliable and efficient conveyancing service anywhere??

Mr Ben Sidgwick took on and dealt with our very messy and complicated matter with understanding and empathy for us throughout. He was extremely professional and got a positive result for us in the end. We are so pleased to have what we would describe as an \ACE\ Solicitor on our contact list, would highly recommend him and will definitely use again if ever we need legal assistance.
