I had heard there were some issues in the past about service, but I just had an excellent customer service experience at the Conyers location. In difficult time, the respiratory therapist and manager helped me get equipment I needed urgently. My highest recommendation!

Horrible customer service . They take money from your account without authorization. I called to make a one time payment and they saved my information and used again and still haven’t received my shipment. Not worth the aggravation

Dropped off rx and insurance cards. Called today, 6 weeks after! They now tell me they are not contracted w Medicare! Run, don't walk AWAY! They should be out of business! Now I'm stuck trying to find a provider to fill b4 year end as deductible is met. So pissed!!!!!
