What a fantastic chandlers, it is so refreshing to find a chandlers shop with staff that are so polite and helpful. I went in to price a few items and was given great advice on similar items which were considered better grade for a very reasonable price. Bill is really good, very amendable and polite. The whole team are amazing and I would highly recommend this chandlers to one and all. Truly amazing, the shop is meticulously clean well set out and the biggest thing for me was after the initial greetings I was left alone to browse until I required assistance. No pestering or hard sales tactics. Many thanks for reading my review Tommy

In the main friendly - of course! However, information given when enquiring was inaccurate (eg. microwave - present, just not working! TV - present, but no reception! leaking from multiple sources, toilet leaking, aft bilge pump, present, but not working!). Engine serviced - rubbish. Whole host of other issues I could list - clearly absolutely no check that anything they had been told by the previous owner was remotely accurate. They knew nothing of any importance about the boat - just wanted to get it off their hands.
