Jamie installed a satellite dish for us. He responded promptly to phone calls, turned up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and was friendly and professional throughout. He was also Covid careful. I'd recommend him.

Jamie Roberts installed a satellite dish for us in November. On the same afternoon we couldn't get a signal, I telephoned Mr Roberts, left message, no reply. Signal returned a couple of hours later but not long after disappeared. Finally signal remained steady until we lost it completely just before Christmas. Phoned and left message for Mr Roberts, once again, ignored. No TV over Xmas. checked on his website said open 29th Dec.so I phoned , after an hour he answered and said he was on hols till 2nd Jan. I told him what his web page said he didn't care. He did say he may be able to see to the dish next day---this was the last I heard from him. Took my money and ran, as they say. Disgusting unprofessional customer service. Simp
Such a nice man Jamie came to my rescue last year. Mega issues with my aerial. He arrived promptly sorted out all the problems very efficiently. Brilliant .I have and continue to recommend Jamie.

Called conwy digital out after the storm we have just had, to repair our satellite dish as sky couldn't do it for 3 weeks .called out same day and repaired at a grate cost, thanks jamie top service
