Always Turn Up On Time found the lads to be polite, professional and they clean our windows to a good standard.

I currently work as a civil servant in the Inland Revenue sector in Newcastle. Until recently I’ve always thought the window cleaning was at a good standard, but the last two weeks have been shocking; last week especially, all I saw was the guys do was drink coffee in our restaurant and use their mobile phones. This week however I’ve seen some appalling work, the man operating the machine was worrying, scary in fact. The whole time he was operating; a cherry picker I guess he had his mobile in his hand talking away not concentrating at all on what he was doing, I’m surprised no ones been hit yet. Then when he actually did clean a window, you couldn’t tell – nothing changed, it was still dirty. I've also observed the same man driving a van on site whilst on his mobile phone and failing to stop at two pedestrian crossings, the area has a large amount of foot traffic, it’s a complete joke to miss the crossings. It’s all in all very disappointing when the lads have done an excellent job for years I hope this is just a one off. But when I saw the man operate that machine, controls in one hand and his mobile phone glued to his ear I thought I'd best say something.
