A fantastic relaxing experience buying our first new motor home, from our initial call to our visit to the showroom and it was all down to Ross who made the transition from the initial enquiry to purchasing the motor home a very smooth journey indeed. Ross was friendly, smiley, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout and at no time was he pushy. Ross also recommended that we have an overnight stay locally in our new home and this was invaluable and took a lot of the worry away, especially knowing that if we were worried about anything Ross had given us his number to call, at any time of the day or night. A few small issues were found and the next day resolved by Ross and his team immediately and since the purchase Ross and the after sales team have been excellent. Superb service from start to finish with very helpful staff. Ross was our main man and gave us an excellent deal. He described the condition as new and it was, we were certainly impressed when we saw it, well worth the 350 mile round trip to view. We had to travel from near Crewe to pick up the motor home(with a lot of luggage) and initially we were going to travel by train but Ross suggested we hire a car on a one way rental with Enterprise and drop off at Camarthen ...Ross came with me and brought me back to Cross Hands and saved us a lot of money over the train fare ....nothing was too much trouble. He also arranged and paid for 2 nights at a local site (we stayed for 4) just in case we had any problems. As ewbies\ its easy to forget how things work so it was really useful. On the second day Ross called by as he was in the area just to make sure we were O.K. and we were... as I say over and above what you would expect from a dealer. So when we are next in the area of Cross Hands we will call in (its that kind of place) and bring some more biscuits if you provide the coffee. We just love our motor home (Chausson Titanium 640) and cant praise CONTINENTAL LEISURE VEHICLES enough especially Ross for his help and understanding on our purchase. Sheila and Gordon Love
I would just like to say we took delivery of our nearly new Bailey Autograph today and the service we had throughout the process was absolutely outstanding. It couldn’t have gone any better, so I want to say a massive thank you to Ross he was so helpful and made it so easy and smooth for us and also the handover today was superb.
