Hi. I would like to say something positive. :) we went to Contemporary Opticians in Hadleigh high street instead of going to Specsavers or other high street brand to get my 3.5 year old daughter her first glasses!very emotional and exciting time for her! Wow the service we have received was not great -it was Outstanding!!! Lady was very patient and understanding! She gave Bella chocolate and make her feel special! We did not have to wait long either and received great discount on frame which Bella chosen. Second time when we came to pick them up we were served by a gentlemen- he was incredible- made her feel great about wearing glasses and lovely multicolour pen and let her choose a case- for free! What a service! I will be supporting local businesses more! She left with biggest smile on her face and now does not want to take her glasses off! Best service i have ever received! Made our life so much easier. Thank you!
