In January we booked a Vacation Home for 1 week through a booking agent: Vacation Homes of Key West. We paid UP FRONT 7,040 for our stay April 11-18. The Florida Keys are CLOSED during our reservation dates. The POTUS has issued a Non-essential flight order. Yet when we’ve asked for a refund for a vacation home we CAN NOT USE...Vacation Homes of Key West has REFUSED A DEPOSIT! Myself and my 5 sisters, all Seniors want our vacation savings returned! Can you help us in any way?
