Wow, Amazing place and excellent customer service. Last time visited in 2015, but in 5 years, complete make over. We were very pleased to find the consulate in a new location by the water, peaceful, clean, own car park. Not only the building the customer service was excellent, with all the Covid restrictions in place, from start to finish, had a great experience. Ma Sha Allah very nice prayer arrangement and beautiful call to prayers. And the toilets were very clean. Well done Team.

Actually pleasantly surprised. Pre booked online, got there on time, seen very quickly, and service was excellent by the lady who was on duty. Much better than the previous location as well. Keep it up
Staff at vice consulate of Pakistan Birmingham was very courteous and most helpful, must mention Mr Ismail, Mohammed Yousaf and young lady ( sorry, forgot her name ) can’t thank them enough for theirs help.
Well i was pretty freaked out before making my trip after reading all those (bad) reviews about it online.... but to be honest, it wasnt bad at all... i had to do an attestation, and everything went smoothly, submitted my documents around 11am and was told to collect them after 4pm, and were ready, the staff was helpful.
