I was there and I got the best service, people was nice and smiling, the security as well they was helpful. I think if you respect yourself people will respect you. I am going today to collect my passport I hope still same:).
Surprisingly, I managed to make appointment via eConsul for quite near date, after manu unsuccessful attempts. The case I needed to solves, in theory, could be done by post, unfortunately couldn't find enough information on the website how to do so (for example- where to pay fee). So I went there, and fair play to the staff, I've had very good, helpful and informative service I could wish. All visit went through very quickly and hassles free. On downside- doe to Covid (I hope is that), you have to wait outside, even pub next door was shut and November weather nit very nice.
