The consulate of Iraq I came here to get my visas and I must say they all were very welcoming and helpful. A special mention to Issa for his amazing customer service and handling of all my documents and processing them very fast with the help of Hasnain. I have worked in customer service and hospitality for many years at some of the worlds best locations and the service was amazing to see from a consulate where things are normally hectic and disorganised. Issa is a fine example of a great ambassador and example of the people of Iraq. If we have more people like him representing the country at a international level. Thankyou to both Issa and Hasnain for your help and care during my visit. I hope you both continue to represent the people of Iraq. Keep up the great works

They provide excellent service, the staff are very patient with everyone.
Staff are really nice and helpful. However, they don't show respect to the time, they stated on their website that they start at 9:15 but actually they never start work before 11:00, they spend almost an hour and half having their breakfast while people are waiting to be served. Very unprofessional I have to say.
I’ve been there couple of times I would happily give them 5 stars. Because the guys who works there including manager and staffs, they work so hard, very selflessness,friendly I saw they and helping everyone out I could tell they make things easier than what it should be Well done
Friendly and helpful staff. The building is easy to get about 15 minutes walking from Manchester train station
