Nice serene estate
like
All residential flats with no views, only internal housing to housing view. Poor location and remote area. I think not much fresh air flowing too because it located at the bottom of the valley. If you like tranquility and no noise neighbours, it is better than others.

We have lived here for 9 years. Constellation Cove is a tranquil area, which is more convenient than I expected. It feels like living in a suburban area in North America, and yet the train station is nearby and Tai Po Market provides fresh food at reasonable prices. Management is good and yet fee is low (HK1.70 per sq. ft.). I can get to Hong Kong Island by car in less than half an hour (except during rush hours). However, those who like night life in the city and don’t drive may find transportation a bit time consuming. It takes one hour to get to Admiralty by shuttle bus and train.
