They do what they offer well and professionally. I was honestly surprised by a phone call from the driver who made sure I would get to the right bus stop. We receive a reminder about travel by mail and SMS. They answer emails quickly - no problem in English. Respect.

What a great service. Nice modern minibus. Friendly driver. Well planned stop for a break. Our return trip was especially nice. Very chatty driver and together we solved all the world's problems.

Chaotic, unreliable, double moral, meassure with two sets of scales I was sort of forced to use this company since I didn't know any altrernative (they exist!). I used the company up to 6 times a month. They get 2 stars from me because they drive quite often per day and the busses have WiFi. But this doesn't compensate for many problems that come along with this company: 1) The busses, especially the micro-busses, are super uncomfrotable. The interior has been reduced to am minimum. In general it's loudt, arm-rests don't exist (not even at the doors), and there are no handholds. Some belts are missing or broken. 2) The reservation procedure can end up messy! Happened to me a couple of time that I was not allowed to get on my bus although I had a reservation. While I had to wait, others, especially old romanina men making a huge trouble, were granted access to the bus. Fairness looks different. 3) Almost every time when I am in the bus, the bus driver is waiting for someone, means we bsically never start in time. Longest we waited was 45 minutes. I am a patient guy and I guess it's nobody's fault if a plane is late, so I wait. BUT if my flight has a delay, the busses almost never wait for me, or they wait for 15 minutes and then they blame me for whatever other delay is occuring on the road. Build up your own opinion how you call behavior like this in your country. 4) The drivers drive like there is no tomorrow! Very dangerous. Almost alway over speed limit. In the serpentines the pass by other cars in the middle lane, altought there are only 2. Maybe the drivers know their road. But if you, like me, are regularily in Romania, you'll see in the news that especially these micro-busses involved in quite a lot accidents. If you have the chacne, RENT a car or look for the more high quality companies. Very disappointing.

Very convenient and affordable possibility on how to come from the Bucharest airpost to Brasov and back. And the drievr was very friendly.
