I think they are commendable in terms of the service although the waiting area esp. the sitting place. But hey, this is laundry shop, all we ask is the service, they are counting the items first before weighing. Pricing are based on the photo. And they put a mark not to lost your precious shirts, or so. Anyway, thumbs up for them!
