Due to an Achilles tendon problem, I need to wear training for support. A friend recommended Sports Direct. I've not worn trainers in about 30 years and hadn't a clue. The young guy I picked on was great. He explained about the different types of trainers, running shoes, how the different soles support the foot, everything. I tried the converse memory foam shoes and OH MY GOD!! Its the first time in a year I've walked without pain. I am so very grateful for the time he took helping me. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Its mehhh hard trying to find somebody to help you Another shop that gets kids in on the cheap to run the stores. Saves Mike Ashley a few quid but makes your shopping experience that little less pleasant. Asked an assistant to see if they had some trainers in in a size 9 I was met with a \tut\ because they were on texting at the time....

Small sports direct , limited stock , clean store , friendly staff , would recommend . Sick of seeing negative Mike Ashley posts on here that Jane no relevance to the store .
