Not very impressed with their customer service. Now day 3 waiting a response detailing service charge on leasehold flat for sale. Surely this should have been on sale details at the outset. This is the second time we have been unimpressed, the first being cancelling a viewing and awaiting a new appointment. Never heard from them again. Do they want to sell/rent properties?

Trying to sort out a property they rent, no help at all, rubbish and furniture left at property for last 2 weeks outside...
I would highly recommend using Connells at Yeovil. They have been second to none, when it comes to purchasing our new home, especially James who was extremely proactive, always happy to take my phone calls and got back to me promptly, also Mark and the rest of the team, were happy to help and or pass on messages if James was not available. I can not thank them enough for making the stressful process far less stressful. We will Definitely be using them in the future.
