I must say that it was a marvellous decision to visit Congleton Hearing Centre.. I had tried NHS Hearing Aids.. But they were not really working for me, one way and another! So my Husband looked for a Hearing Centre in order to get somemore insight (forgive the pun).. I have to say what a blessing.. The help and assistance given has been invaluable.. And since choosing my Hearing Aids and having them fitted at the Centre, the follow-up after care has been second to none! This Independent Hearing Centre with the Professional Audiologist who is so very caring.. has been an amazing experience.
Brought my 3yr old for attempted wax removal. Advised beforehand that they would take a look but couldn't guarantee treatment possible. Audiologist was unable to perform the procedure after all but took a long time going over things with us, explained himself clearly & had a great manner. I'd recommend them.
Receptionist was warm and friendly. Got a good service. And I can hear better now.
My Grandfather recently visited Congleton Hearing Centre, prior to the visit he was feeling nervous and apprehensive but there was absolutely no need! As soon as we walked into the centre, we were warmly greeted by the very pleasant lady behind the desk who offered us a hot drink and showed us where to sit and wait for the Audiologist, Anthony. Anthony was so professional yet warm throughout the test, he really put my Grandfather at ease and we felt we could ask him anything and he really cared about my Grandfathers needs. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic and I had a very genuine feeling that my Grandfather was in good hands. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Congleton Hearing centre to anybody who may be experiencing issues with their hearing or anybody who is thinking of taking a relative or friend.
