Just had a series of consultations with Andrew Ayres concerning a recurring running injury (calf strain). He diagnosed, demonstrated rehab exercises and listened to feedback in a very professional and unassuming manner. I have now made a recovery and he has given more help to take me forwards. I can't recommend him enough and I would not hesitate to return in the future.

Had an extremely brilliant experience here last week. Because of lockdown I wasnt able and still not able to access my usual provider but I found this little gem of a place. I got an appointment easily and after a medical history/questionnaire and full examination of my feet and nails my nails were cut to perfection and one of the best I have ever had! I would recommend Ayres Health to everyone and anyone looking for a safe and pain free experience. So glad I found this little gem! Thanks guys

I visited Ayres Health for a medical pedicure. I was very impressed with the service. Anna treated my painful corn and hard skin and then proceeded to a very relaxing foot massage . I also had my nails painted. I left the clinic relaxed, free of pain and ready to show off my new feet!

Went along for a runners MoT - Great insight from Andrew, good preparation beforehand, asking to write down running goals for 1, 3, 6 & 12 months ahead. Good use of the treadmill and video to visually explain what's happening. Then some good exercise/balance tests with really useful take home stretches and exercises. Very pleased to say I've achieved my first two goals on the list, in no small part to the advice and support from Ayres Health
