ULTRA FRAIS! Pièces préparées à la demande, ils fondent dans la bouche comme tout excellent sushi, maki, California etc ... Le poisson a le goût du poisson frais ! J'y suis allé sur les conseils d'un ami et j'y retournerai. (pour ceux qui se plaignent de la taille, vu la qualité du poisson, la bouchée est très bien!)
