Condliffe Cleaning Services is the worst company i have ever worked for in the 5 years i have worked. They are refusing to pay me my full wages as a knife block went missing from one of the student flats they not only dismissed me even tho i am seen on cctv nowhere near where this happened they are now telling me that none of my 3 full flats were not done and had to be redone after my dismissal even tho all 3 of the flate were checked and signed off as far as i was told. I know they were checked and signed off as i was given a bit of paper telling me what i needed to go and do again and then they were checked again and signed off. And as for the management which is poorly organised, the manager Tracey who was the 1 that had supposed to signed off the flats that i had cleaned was the person that was going around telling staff that 1 of our colleagues was a paedophile and had been in prison he has recently put a grevience in about her doing so and is being palmed off by the owner Barbra condliffe she also has been ignoring me and my request to get the wages i am owed i have tried everything including my legal rights which i have check and qouted to her from the ACAS website. I did not want to bring it this far but they are refusing to pay me and the wages she is going to pay me she is taken 23.99 off for the missing knife block they i did not take and can not prove other wise... Very safe to say i am not happy and will not stop until i get what i am owed
