My tail pipe fell off and it needed to be sorted as soon as possible. I chose them because they scored 4.9 over 330 reviews (almost impossibly good), and comments included good value and respect for women. Reviewers didn't let me down. I spoke to Fadi, Omar and Kevin. Omar tested the parts in front of me, and offered to only replaced the pipes since they were the only parts that were failing (if they had told me they needed to replace the muffler I would have known no better, and he knew that.) They also let me go under the car and see the finished results. Really lovely lads, who rather than using my anxiety to reach deeper into my wallet, went the opposite way, to keep the cost as low as possible and explain the problem. They were available the same day, and it took just over an hour. Great quality, great value, and really pleased to give business to people with genuinely quality human values. I would recommend to anyone.

Couldn’t say enough positives about Fadi and his team. I’d been quoted over 3200 for an exhaust for my M235, I called Fadi, he said bring her down and we’ll see what we can do, by 1pm the same day I had the exhaust I wanted fitted all for half that amount. Great customer service which stems from honesty, Fadi offered me what was best for me, not what would make him the most money. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

If you need exhaust work done, these are the guys to see. Honest, knowledgeable and beyond fair. David's work on my car was phenomenal, and Fadi's pricing is unmatched. Installed an exhaust cutout on my Lexus is250 and David made it fit perfectly. It sounds insane. I highly recommend these guys, their honesty is outstanding and they were sure to run me through all possible options before working on my car, showing me the pros and cons of each placement, in order to ensure i was happy and wouldn't run into problems later on.
