Excellent prompt service by Concord Music my copy of Foo Fighters 'Medicine at Midnight' Exclusive Blue Coloured VINYL LP arrived on my doorstep on the release date in North Wales all the way from Perth. Well protected in the post by the packaging which has always been my worry in the past. Will certainly be doing more business with you in the future. Stay safe A

Unlike most reviewers, I ordered online. A week later, nothing received. The item is not tracked, so no idea where it is. The Elton John Limited Edition Gold album has now missed the recipient’s birthday. I will have to order one from Amazon - I tried to support small business, but they are clearly not geared up for online sales. I contacted the seller and they blamed Royal Mail and told me to wait longer. Haven’t even told me how the item was posted. Our recent experience with Royal Mail is that items are received within 2 days, even for 2nd class. Update: The record eventually arrived a week late, but this was then matched by an announcement by Royal Mail that they were experiencing issues delivering Mail in good time. As I had purchased the record elsewhere, I returned this one and Concorde Music have refunded me in full. They have also made a note on their website that mailed orders are subject to delays. Based on the support, I would now rate them 4 stars.
A family run independent music shop which recently celebrated 50 years of being run by the same family. Large selection all formats of music if all types. The Concorde will order in anything that is available for their Customers. Offer Mail Order service as well. They vast selection of DVD titles to choose from. One thing that you get is personal service.
