It's nice don't let the false reviews lie to you I've lived here for a year management is helpful you just need to call them walls aren't so thin that u can hear someone peeing people being dramatic it's actually a nice complex and they don't allow smoking so another lie they have a designated smoking area outside people can smoke in stop slandering this place with false reviews the management is very helpful with solving issues you have

We have lived here for about a year and a half. Due to not having anywhere else to go. We are now stuck in a lease, and financially having a hard time paying rent with an expanding family. 975.00 a month. 1,000.45 with water. Nothing else included. The management office will not work with you at all, when it comes to anything. Over priced, even for what you get.
I started off here and then switched to two bed at Penacook Place when my son was born for the space and school district. I recommend pembroke because it’s close to downtown and highways, I lived on the first floor and still felt really safe. When you move in the apartment was really clean and there’s plenty of parking which I liked a lot.
The rents are high but so are all of the apts in concord. The apts are nice and were clean when we moved in. they are only about 10 mins from the tech which is convenient for us
The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor peeing. I have had nothing but respiratory problems since I moved here because they allow smoking in the apartments. We did not know this going into the lease.
