Concept Waste Solutions / Professional Animal Waste Solution (PAWS)

For two years my company has used Paws-Ltd / Concept Waste with no issues, unfortunately recently we've had to stop using them. We reinstated our bin collections from the 1st of June as we went back to work. We had an email agreeing this would happen and welcoming us back. Come to the 24th June, after hot weather and no collections we were starting to worry as our bin was becoming fly ridden and maggots, obviously looking very unprofessional to our customers and the general public. On numerous occasions we emailed, Facebook messaged and even tried phoning to find out their phone has been disconnected, to see what was happening and get our bin emptied. We heard nothing until 4th July, when they contacted us trying to confirm that we had our collections all along but it was unfortunately too late as we've had to go with another company who have been absolutely fantastic. We contacted them straight back and let them know we've changed company and that we were unhappy and also let them know they can collect their bin whenever they were ready. We've just gone outside to see the bin has been collected but we've had no email to apologise or to even discuss what had happened which is quite upsetting to be honest.

After spending a month in a hospice with my husband, my garden had got into a bit if a state. PAWS did an excellent job and reasonably priced too, especially as he came out of his usual area of work to complete my job - thank you!
