We recently employed the services of concept care for support after my husband suffered a stroke and was then peg fed and required assistance with personal care. We had 4 carers a day and each and everyone were amazing. Gareth went above and beyond and was always on hand to visit when required and offer advice. Professional and caring service.

Working at Concept Care in Northampton is a very rewarding place to be. The senior management are very responsive and supportive.
We had excellent service from Concept Care, who attended to my mother-in-law's needs with professionalism, gentleness and respect and also interacted well with the family members. We appreciate the compassionate service. There were occasional small blips such as lateness due to bad traffic but this was not really a problem for us. My mother-in-law felt well cared for.
Great place to work, great team spirit, great place to grow old.
