I was having problems with my internet, when I called Talk Talk after checks over the phone they said my Router was fine and I must have computer problem. At this point I called Computerwise purely at random, as there were so many to choose from. I booked an appointment for an engineer to call. The engineer called Dudley duly arrived, he could not have been more helpful. having proved my computer was fine, he spoke to Talk Talk and explained my computer was OK and that the problems lay within the router. That there was an intermittent fault with the wired ethernet connection, and a virtual total breakdown of the wifi connection. The router is now going to be replaced by Talk Talk.
