I recently had a problem with black lines on my laptop screen. I emailed Computer Solutions and received a response with a quote on the same day. I took the laptop into the shop and got a message the next day to say it was all sorted. Thank you so much, Richard. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend you to friends and family.

With a dead laptop I was just about ready to give up the will to live trying to get sense out of the 'Technical Support' from my computer retailer/ manufacturer. I knew Richard and Nick at Computer Solutions would sort it out though. No nonsense advice, great service, really know their stuff and a sensible price. Basically, if the big computer retailer/manufacturing companies were only half decent they would have a lot of happy customers - but they aren't which is why I am more than happy to recommend Computer Solutions. They definitely saved my sanity today - and all my data!
My laptop's internal screen cracked, emailed this place and got a response straight away! Went into the shop on the same day and a day later the screen was back to its perfect condition! Great value for money, excellent customer service, and I would return if I had any further issues with my laptop, Would recommend! :)
Great service and response. Built a new PC for my son for Christmas. Excellent service, customer care and product. Highly recommended and will use again.
