Telephoned this Computer Repair Watford based on the positive reviews. Explained the issues with my computer and the person Derek quoted price and told me to 'drop it off to him' without, I felt further details from me which would be needed. I texted back with these further details and he failed to further communicate with me. Nothing, Nada. If the work was too lowly for him he could have just said so but to not get back at all was quite the unprofessional. Who knows how much work he would have secured from me my family and friends. Unprofessional non-service,

Hard drive was gone on my IMac Derek repaired it and was very reasonable in the cost, I am well happy and would highly recommend.
Left a message and never got a call back
Derek at Computer Repair Watford did fantastic job for me on my 2nd hand Apple iMac. It wasn't booting from the hard drive - which was corrupt. Derek replaced the hard drive for me - with a solid state drive - no mean feat given that you have to take the screen off to replace it. He also noticed that one of the internal leads was loose - and fixed that for me free of charge. Derek is fair, reasonable and I've been trusting him for his expertise for many years on all things tech. Contact him, you won't be disappointed.
Fixed my PC over the weekend. Very helpful and professional.
