Excellent service. Very courteous staff. Total value for money. Just because the repair was for elderly, they took the job on priority, finished it in few hours. How very sensitive and polite of them. I wish the other businesses learn this remarkable practice too.
I can't say enough good things about the service I had. I would usually go to Apple genius bar but due to Covid restrictions this wasn't possible, so asked in a local online group for recommendations and this company was a very popular suggestion...and I can see why. Phil couldn't have been more helpful, and kept me in the loop throughout. The service was very fairly priced and my computer was back with me in great working order within a few days. This will now be my go to place for any future tech issues. Thanks so much if you're reading this!
Always very helpful, friendly. Have used them a few times and they've always been able to fix the issue. Even gave me advice over the phone about printers, which they don't cover. Highly recommended.
I called CRC as my laptop crashed. Phil was helpful, listened to my concerns and asked me to drop off my laptop at the shop (social distancing in place). He resolved the issue/fault. Very happy with the professional and prompt service to get my laptop fixed and the after care advice too. Highly recommended
