Was having problems with my old PC. E-Mailed John for advice which was quickly and easily given. Diagnosis was the basically it was beyond its best. Sensible questioning by John ascertained our requirements from a PC whereupon he compiled a price to build a new PC transferring our data across. The go ahead was given and even with the slowing down of deliveries, a new PC was built, tested and ready for collection in a swift timescale. Had the new PC now for a couple on months and it has performed excellently. Thank You - Highly Recommended

Reasonably new lenovo ThinkPad stalled in an endless, pointless boot-up loop. I tinkered and, predictably, failed to make the slightest improvement. Not to worry because, having used computer John before, I knew who to call. John came around very promptly; efficiently diagnosed it as a dead duck, took the laptop away over the weekend and delivered it back with new fast SSD drive on Monday saving whatever data on the old hard drive was still salvageable. Very good value. Why would anyone would buy a new computer when an old one breaks - they can be brought back to life, better, by Computer John.
John built me an awsome music production computer. Very happy with his quick and professional service.
