As far as good service goes, it is hard to imagine it could get any better. I chose Ash because of his excellent reviews and he lived up to them all. Ash is very professional, very skilled and experienced at what he does, but also very polite, warm and friendly. He is clear about what is and what isn't possible and tells you the options and the costs up front. Nothing was too much trouble. Ash came out the same day and stayed until the problem was solved. He managed to save all of my data, provided me with a external hard drive so I don't have the same problems again, reinstalled my operating system and left me with a laptop working as good and as fast as it did when it was new. He is a lovely guy, honest and trustworthy and his charges are more than reasonable. I am 100% happy with the service he provided. Thank you Ash.

I am very grateful to Ash. I called him late last night, having found his number online. Not only did he answer, he was very helpful and on the ball in terms of what do do about the laptop crisis (smashed screen). Today he found and fitted a new screen and serviced the computer and now everything is up and running. This was an extremely helpful, friendly and effective service. The rates were also competitive. I am delighted to have found Ash and will definitely contact him the next time a computer goes on the blink!
My laptop was having issues with getting too warm due to the fans, and was shutting down repeatedly. Took it to Ash and he found out that the motherboard was dying, so he ordered one and replaced all that was needed. He was always very responsive in keeping me up to date on how things were going. Computer is now working a 100%. Totally recommend Ash. Budget given for repair was very reasonable.
Ash has been so helpful! He has set up and maintained my PC for well over a year and recently installed a tv and dvd we had purchased from him. We couldn’t have set it up etc without him - It was quite complex! Ash always responds speedily to any queries and I have faith he can sort out any issues, which gives me peace of mind. He’s reliable, polite and really knows his stuff! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him - thanks again.
AMAZING SERVICE! RECOMMENDED AND WILL BE USING AGAIN. At first I was a bit worried using this service at a house in Cheetham Hill rather than a big name repair shop. But when I met Ash to explain the problem, I noticed he had an extremely professional manner and was very knowledgeable about computers. As well as repairs, he also fixes phones and sells parts or can order them in. So I felt OK leaving the laptop there for his initial inspection. About an hour later, he rang me with the problem and price - which was good value so we agreed he would fix it. Then, shortly after, he dropped the laptop right back to my home! And then, to prove it was all fixed, he suggested I start it up outside my house while he was there so I could see for myself that it was all working. Unfortunately I had a problem, not with the laptop but with the WiFi router inside my house. So while he was around he told me exactly what to do and was able to get things working perfectly again. Super quick, good price, just a couple of hours and he shows you it works. Very trusted and reliable service, I expect to be using again! Thank you Ash!
