Over the years I have tried different opticians but not any more, Complete Eyecare is the only place I will go. The team are very professional, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. 10/10 to the team.

All Corporately run Eye Care shops could take some lessons from this independently owned business. Enthusiastic, polite, caring, honest customer service from Barry the owner, with a wide selection of quality glasses, realistically priced, and no hard sell. Expert advice, with a warm, personable style. Nothing was too much trouble, and Barry goes that extra mile in his service, which puts the other shops to shame. Such a refreshing change to be treated so well, and with the respect a customer deserves who is parting with their money. Forget the other shops in Banbury, head for Complete Eyecare in the town centre!
