Arrived at Bladon Chains to discover we had lost the tap from the fresh water drain pipe and as we took water on board it was pouring our the other end!!! Quick Google search brought up Complete Caravan Services 10 minutes away. After calling to establish they should have something to help us out, we drove the the ten minutes and in 5 minutes we were sorted out with plug to block the drain as a temporary measure. They were obviously very busy but took the time out to help us out which was much appreciated.

Exceptional service. Chris went out of his way to locate a new damper for my caravan hitch and came out to site twice to inspect and then fit. Very polite and efficient. I would highly recommend.
Was between motorhomes and needed a last minute rental, CCS could not have been more helpful and the vehicle provided was really well equipped with everything you could think of. Have driven past thousands of times but never visited before, shop is an Aladdin's cave. Definitely will be back!
This was the first service I had on my caravan and I had a few problems on the caravan. The friendly and extremely helpful service was brilliant. They talked me through some tips and practical advice which I appreciated so much. The repairs and service on the caravan was all done in a day.
We have just brought a caravan from Chris and right from the beginning he was extremely helpful and found us our caravan swift challenger ,when we picked it up the caravan was immaculate which his wife lenka had cleaned chris had gone over it with a fine tooth comb, making sure all was working and gave us 12 months warranty, we have just been away in it and it meets all our expectations, like to say a big thank you to you Chris we 100 percent recommend complete caravans Mike and Michelle
