The room is excellent but we were waiting for the staff more than 30 minutes to get our key no one at the reception
It gets 3 stars due to unfriendly service. I was there with colleagues for a dinner and the lady who served us was treating us with authority. Food was tasty and the environment was good
What a pity that someone is not taking care of a treat project! It’s a beautiful location with really though after details but so many flaws. First of all was given a bungalow at the end of the park, facing another bungalow when so many are free! If it as the last one available I would understand but it shows real lack of interest in passing a good client relationship, the room in nice but outdated and in need of maintenance. A over the top shower for a place like this and then a sign to save water?! The WiFi comes and goes but your on holiday so that’s ok. but love all the hares jumping around! The pool is great but also shows lack of maintenance and there’s no bar?! Also it opens at 11:00!!!! For acopláveis that’s family oriented do they find it acceptable for kids to go at “ câncer hour” to thre pool?! Then yesterday dinner what a mess! A inexperienced girls trying to find us a table when most of them were free and wanting us to sit near the kids play area when we were to adults with no kids! Really? Do you think that adults alone want to sit near jumping kids in the bouncy castle and karaoke singing pre-teenagers? Then it took forever to get someone to come, when she finally came she said that we weren’t served for drinks I answered we don’t have even the menu, reply: you can ask for anything it all comes in a glass unless you want wine that comes in a bottle, do you want a bottle?! As a matter ir fact we did! What kind of answers is this? But the placebos nice and the food was ok, the wine also so you let it pass. This mornings breakfast lovely place although over the top decor again but ok that a question of taste. Lots of processed pastry’s and bad quality bread but you manage, fruit was nice. Lovely outside space with a lovely morning, it was looked?! Better be in the AC?! Really what a pity, lovely idea lovely place bad management. A bonus they offered isto stay st the pool even after checkout which is lovely. Would love for them to turn the place around.
Rooms are large however they have a very nasty smell. No phones to contact reception. Reception personal are not able to always answer calls. They take about 30 to 40 minutes to bring towels and toilet paper. When asked about the nasty stench on the room they stated that’s the way it is and there’s nothing they can do about it.
Nice place, good food but was a bit cold as the service was slow. Waiters very nice but few for the amount of people on the terrace.
Luxury Holiday park as hotel during winter. Similar 4* hotel but with a good and different experience. Will come back here for sure
I really enjoyed my time here. I booked with hesitation, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bungalow was spacious and beautiful. There was 2 ac/heating unit which kept me warm and toasty during the cold winter nights. The shower had a radio which was one of my favorite things about the bungalow. They provided lots of toiletries and a very nice breakfast that was included in the price. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again.
