In current situation there was no free space. However someone was able to see my dog. Turns out my dog is not extremely sick, but I am so grateful for a chance to check him. Very nice people, helpful and caring. Thank you.

I'm usually very happy with Companion Car Vets, but it depends who I'm dealing with. Some employees are very helpful and are happy to answer question, others will not give you the time of day and talk to you in a way customer service folks aren't meant to talk to customers in my opinion. I can understand sometime their busy but when dealing with people pets I should think they would have a bit more time for concerns. Overall not super happy with a select few but most employees are great and will be returning.

Very poor, seems everyone is confused, no one seems to know how or what they are doing. Even simple requests such as getting repeat prescriptions or booking appointments appears challenging for the staff nowadays. Personally I wouldn't book an animal in here for anything big, routine check ups, flea and wormer treatments fine but I am taking my animals else where for the operations. I cancelled my appointment and am going over to another vet that seems far more organised.
