During this pandemic it is very nerve-wracking to have a sick pet who you are unable to spend time in the consultation room with. Missi my cat became ill and the vets were able to see her the same day, and were able to reassure me that she would be OK. The cleanliness of the waiting area was great everyone was wearing appropriate ppe and there were designated areas to maintain socal distancing. The vet came out to speak to me before she took missi in for her appointment and took the time to listen to my concerns. When she came back out she was very reassuring that Missi was going to be OK and explained her treatment plan. Overall everyone was excellent and very friendly and hopefully Missi is now on the mend !

This place was an ok vets but charges through the nose for medication. They’ve now stopped doing price matches meaning you’re forced to either pay their extreme sky high prices or pay the 11 prescription fee and buy elsewhere. Considering most prescriptions can be found 50-75% cheaper than the prices these vets charge elsewhere it is just doesn’t make sense to buy it from them. They really do take advantage of the fact your pet is ill and needs a prescription. Whilst vets have overheads that online pharmacies don’t it still doesn’t explain the extreme gulf in their prices other than the fact the vets are just taking advantage.
