My dog was booked in to remove a lump for analysis when it was discovered on a dental check that he needed teeth removed which was carried out while he was under anesthetic, which was agreed should it prove necessary . My dog was well cared for and came home pain free and alert which was a relief for him and us. He is recovering very well. The Vet explained what he had done and about his aftercare and we have every confidence in him and the practice.

The Vet was extremely friendly and the Nurse Elly was very caring and understanding. Everything was explained clearly and the medication/aftercare was discussed thoroughly. Reception also explained the benefits of the care plan clearly and I decided to go for it, which the lady did for me on the same day with zero hassle. Really pleased with everything, thank you
Time to say goodbye To the veterinarian Glenn Everett, thank you so much for making my hard decision to let my pet Sadie go, a companion of 7 years a sad but pleasant one. Your kind words and experience came through, you treated the the whole process with respect, so very personal and dignified. Also, would like to thank Sara on reception, for suggesting Cherry Tree pet cemetery who were so respectful and understanding made our experience of losing a family pet not so painful. Reception staff are always friendly and professional and are able to advise the best option for your pet. Vets are knowledgeable and are happy to explain things in language I can understand. Although my husband and myself are retired now, the hours are great for pet owners who still have to work. All good.
Companion Care Chatham are terrific vets! Always kind to both the animal and owner. Readily explaining any issues. Excellent covid precautions too. All the staff members are lovely, but special mentions this time for Kate, Glen and Julia. XX
