CSTS replied promptly to my email request for a quote to do compaction tests, providing most competitive figure out of six I obtained. I subsequently rang them to tell them that I accepted their quote and, to my surprise, they advised they could send an engineer/operator, with proper equipment, within 60 minutes. And indeed, within one hour (!), a very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant gentleman came to the site, carried out the required tests, gave me numerous useful advices and departed. I am 57 years old and have in the past dealt with numerous companies in various industries, however, none of them ever delivered this level of promptness, professionalism and friendliness, all at the same time. Good on you, guys...!

CSTS were thorough and prompt. I needed to do a soil test before purchasing a property with the intention of building, and they managed to organise a test that determined the contamination status but did not involve an entire investigation which was perfect.
