Registered, plated & insured a new trailer yesterday. Due to COVID-19, this is the only place that I'm aware of in the Comox Valley that's accepting 'drop in' clients. One client at a time, very hygienic. Service by the lady at the counter was professional, painless and she gave great advice on additional 'add on' insurance that's available on their website. A few technical issues slowed things down at first, when my family and I were waiting to reassess our Insurance needs the other day. I cannot say enough good things about how this was handled in the long run. Nicole is amazing! She rearranged her schedule to meet our needs. She was amazing with our kids and very patient and understanding. Unexpected, yet outstanding customer service!! Not only was she very good at checking in with me to let me know about the challenges they were experiencing and making sure to give us options, But she also went out of her way to help me feel like an extra special and very valued client! I would highly recommend Nicole and her team!!!

After going to the co-operators across the street and having a bad experience, I went here and my mood quickly changed. A very nice bald man was there to happily answer all my questions and more with a smile on his face. I will be taking my business there from now on.
