What an awesome take out experience!!! I consider myself a Benny connoisseur and I had my doubts about take out Benny. First time visit to Tidal and I am a big fan! The food was ready in 15 minutes, I opened my take out box and the food was perfectly intact Continued to thoroughly enjoy my veggie Benny, with back bacon of course Good job on the brunch take out Tidal and thank you for sharing your delights with us!

Every little detail, texture, flavour profile was thought about when an item is presented to your table. An absolute delight and pleasure being here and experiencing the food. Service is also friendly but not overwhelming. The foodies who run the place definitely know how to make every taste bud satisfied. The Caesar is something to knock your socks off and wake you up but in a healthy way.

Great menu variety. They're happy to modify for GF, vegetarian, or vegan needs. It's always nice when one restaurant is open to accommodating all diners. Great variety of vegetarian and vegan items on the menu. The mushroom soup was nice and rich, without being overly so. The apple and carmelized onion grilled cheese was a nice change from the usual options. Despite the cafe being busy, our food came out quick which we appreciated since we had a flight to catch. A cozy space inside and a lovely heated patio outside. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Love love love the food here, so tasty and fresh. It was a bit cold sitting outside but was offered a blanket so that was nice.

Had three takeaways so far: (1) the "Ranchero Bowl made vegan" had two small patties, bean-corn salad, guacamole, scrambled tofu and Ranch-like dressing. The tastes were good. For 16, I may have expected a larger portion, but I would order this again, especially if dining in, for better presentation. (2) the scrumptious Vegan Benny, which comes with rӧsti -- a delicious meal, 17.50. (3) Curry bowl with tofu (vegan), very tasty, with chunks of tofu, white rice, mushrooms, kale, yam, peppers, lime wedge. Pleasant service each time.

Fantastic brunch location. I had salmon frittata that was soft and delish. Enjoyed blueberry mimosa and mile high chocolate tort. Friendly service and barriers between tables.
