We were late for our flu shot appointment, which put others behind. But the staff were very pleasant and sorted it out so we were able to get our shots. Kudos to kind, helpful people. We will certainly now take our business to Rexall in Comox. A grateful thank you to pharmacists and assistants.

Easy, smooth, efficient service regarding the flu shot (October 2020). Easy online signup, and reminders and instructions were received via email and text. Pleasant service from the very well practised pharmacist. Well done, Rexall.
Great Pharmacy! I received great service from the young male pharmacist. He was patient and kind with me and was very knowledgeable.
Terrible customer service ! Was told I could return an item as long as I had the receipt. Manager gave me attitude from the start and refused refund because box was torn. After arguing with me and pointing out that I have been a long term customer (30 years !) and have been getting my mother’s medication there for the last seven years she shrugged her shoulders and walked away ! Switched to a different pharmacy and will never shop there again.
The pharmacy staff are always helpful and kind and efficient!
