We can't recommend Pete's Lock Shop enough!!! Our electronic door lock died with no way of entering the building - we called Pete's Lock Shop in a panic and Cathy quickly took the reins and had them here within minutes! They were professional, efficient and extremely helpful. They were able to dismantle the lock and get the door opened and a new lock installed within the hour - they are heroes!!! They were also able to quickly make duplicate keys right there in my driveway - I can't say enough about their awesome service and how they saved the day. Thank you so much Pete's Lock Shop, you guys from beginning to end were just great - would completely recommend your services!

I, in a moment of brain malfunction, managed to jam my truck key into my van ignition with the force of a thousand carnival Strong Men. After going through the 5 stages of grief in an attempt to extract the key I finally landed on "Acceptance" and called Pete's Lock Shop. They heroically showed up when they said they would, professionally picked that key right out of there in about 5 minutes, checked to make sure nothing had been damaged (by me), and went on their merry way. 10/10 would definitely call again when I inevitably do that again.

It seems next to impossible to get a roofing company to look at a leak, the lawn service to trim the hedges or someone to clean your gutters in a timely manner (if at all) Pete arrived the same day. My patio door deadbolt jammed in the locked position. I did all I could to sort it out but it was a no go. I called Pete Friday morning and after him listening to my rambling on about how I could take time off work the next week to be home for his service call.... His said he would come the same day and he DID! Pete sorted the issue, saved my deadbolt, shaved down the door jam (so it wouldn't happen again) and gave my dog a good head scratch. The service charge fee was much more reasonable than I expected. I have got to say it was all more than I expected. Pete does great work in a great time for a great price. Thank you Pete!
